If you want to submit a refund request for a purchase made on an Android device, please follow these steps:
- Open the Google Play Store on your device.
- Tap on the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner.
- Select "Account" and then "Purchase history."
- Find the order you want to return.
- Select the order and tap on "Refund" or "Report a problem" and choose the option that describes your situation.
